I must say whoever is to blame with my dissatisfaction of services regarding my additional order of taladura, I cannot say.. However, I can say after two years, one would think that I would've received my order in a timely manner and without any problems. However, when I returned from the U.S. last fall after waiting a full year for my order, I commenced to begin using my "new" set for a dinner party and found that one of the plates that was delivered had a faulty clay and glaze put on it, because it had three or four spots on the top of the plate that had nothing to do with where it was stored, but rather a faulty glaze. I could feel the raw clay under the spotted areas. First of all, I am surprised that it even left the Taladura plant that way, and second, the girl from Diaz de Luna (Johanna) tried to tell me she had checked it before it was delivered...not possible. I returned the plate to her in December 2012 (she was very angry I did so), and it is now 6 months later. I wrote to the owner of the shop (Monica Luna), who is a FB friend and she has not responded. I also wrote to Johanna and requested your address and contact so that I could complain directly. Instead of giving me that information, I received a note from her telling me the plate will be delivered in 2 weeks. That's fine, but I will be in the U.S. and will not be able to check it until I return in October again. I didn't even turn in one of the salad plates that is not thrown very well and is completely crooked. I don't understand 1) why I cannot get a quality piece from Taladura, especially given the prices of each piece, and 2) why it takes so long for orders to be filled. Too, I frankly never plan to deal with the Diaz de Luna store. I wish to deal directly with the factory, not your representative, because honestly, I don't think Diaz de Luna gives you very good representation. Thank you for allowing me a forum to express my dissatisfaction.
